Our Inside Sales Team Manager role will report to the Sr. Director, Global Sales and Service, Donor Gamete Services and is responsible for leading a high performing Inside Sales team providing an excellent customer experience. This Sales leader is influential, motivational, creative, and continues to raise the performance of the team. This dynamic leader understands the market landscape, customer journey, and enables sales effectiveness through tools, autonomy, and continuous development. This Sales leader knows how to lead a team to defend value proposition, upsell, and delight patients through their amazing journeys. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the customer experience, ability to drive engagement and accountability, and has proven success in driving revenue and increasing customer satisfaction.
This role will be office-based at our Rockville, MD facility.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $80,000.00 and $114,000.00 and up to $144,000 at target and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future.
