Job Overview:

The Guest Service Representative acts as the hospital receptionist and responds in a gracious manner to all inquiries for patient information and hospital services. Provides direction to various hospital departments. Assists in the resolution of patient/visitor concerns and complaints. Other clerical duties will be performed as assigned to facilitate the operations of the department.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High School diploma.
  • One to three years prior experience in health care and/or customer service required. Clerical experience preferred:

Per Diem Day Hours vary Rotating Weekends
