  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing VIP clients with the aim of safeguarding in-force business by achieving the retention target.
  • Leverage the existing relationships and trust with VIP clients by using the tailored solutions, cross-selling and exclusive benefit to generate new sales opportunities from them.
  • Establish a holistic strategic planning and execution to ensure the smooth transition to eMPF.
  • Conduct continuous reviews and provide recommendations for enhancing the team's sales performance, distribution strategies, and service model, ensuring their optimal effectiveness.
  • Provide valuable insights and recommendations for the development and enhancement of Sun Life's products and services, ensuring their competitiveness in the market.
  • Handle the ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time.

Abilities

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Strong PC skills in Excel, Access and Word
  • Able to work both in a team and independently
  • Excellent influencing skills and collaborative abilities with both external and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to translate strategy into plans and actions.

Knowledge

  • Solid knowledge of the MPF & Group Insurance and understand of current market situation in Hong Kong, including clients, products, distribution channels and regulations.
  • Extensive experience in distribution channel management

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent is preferrable.
  • At least 10 years prior working experience in pension or financial services related field
  • Candidate with fewer experiences will be consider as Manager.
