Marketing Operations Contractor

About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Operations contractor to support our day-to-day marketing programs for approximately 4 monhts. This role will manage the infrastructure, processes, technology, and analytics to support various marketing and sales requirements.
Responsibilities
- Where possible Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in marketing data to generate data-driven recommendations for optimization and growth
- Provide support for the creation of campaigns, including the creation of webinars, events, and email automation, to enhance audience engagement and lead generation.
- Develop multi-channel nurture journeys (both inbound and outbound) that guide prospects through the middle of our funnel
- Lead the design, optimization, and oversight of marketing processes, workflows, and technology infrastructure
- Drive marketing measurement and analytics to provide actionable insights for decision-making
- Identify systems to increase marketing efficiency and scale operations effectively
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to enhance campaign planning and execution
- Partner with sales operations to ensure seamless lead management processes
- Review current lead scoring and grading models and identify potential ways to enhance
- Support rollout and implementation projects of 6Sense
- Create comprehensive reporting frameworks that capture critical marketing performance metrics across channels and campaigns
- Develop executive-level dashboards and presentations that clearly communicate marketing ROI, pipeline contribution, and business impact
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in marketing operations or related fields
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentations) across all levels of internal and external stakeholder and the ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships.
- Extremely organized with strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Conduct regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution and experiences
- Team player with a positive attitude, who is excited by change and takes ownership
- Ability to take initiative, be innovative and creatively solve problems
- Enterprise Software/B2B technology sector experience highly desirable, but not essential.
- Proven track record of building and optimizing marketing technology stacks
- Strong Salesforce knowledge and experience required
- Strong experience working with marketing automation and ABM tools such as Pardot (essential), HubSpot, Marketo, and 6Sense required
- Deep marketing knowledge and understanding of:
- Lead stages
- Nurturing programs
- Email cadences
- Conversion rate optimization
- Attribution
- Lead scoring / grading.
- Experience with marketing performance measurement and attribution modeling
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred
This role will report to the Vice President, Growth Marketing. The role will be working remotely but requires someone who can offer flexible working hours to ensure effective collaboration with the global team based throughout US, Europe, and India.

As a remote first organization, our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The salary range for this remote position is $90,000- $115,000 per year, based on skills, experience and qualifications. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. Exterro is a total compensation company, and this role may be eligible for variable pay, equity, bonus and/or other forms of compensation as part of the package.
