What You'll Do

You will join BCG Milan Marketing Events team, playing a crucial role in assisting the efforts of reinforcing BCG's positioning within the Italian business community.

You will support the Marketing Team in all BCG Event organization, management and content definition, along with the required networking and institutional activities.

You are good at:

  • Strategy and initiative/event design: Design of initiatives starting from business priorities and planning of target engagement; audience building and evaluation; internal leadership alignment; leveraging global opportunities;
  • Communication and content: Management of the activity pipeline; communication design (invitations, follow-up), processes and tools (e.g., Marketo); speaker selection and alignment; content definition and updates; management of engagement contacts;
  • Event experience and operations: Ensuring consistency with the firm messaging and the quality of the format/experience; end-to-end management of all involved vendors (audio/video, food & beverage, logistics, etc.) and budget; coordination with suppliers/OPS; development of partnerships and co-design of initiatives.

What You'll Bring

  • University Degree in a Marketing-related field;
  • Previous relevant work experience in general marketing, event management and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) role, ideally within a professional services firm;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Italian and English;
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
  • Very good relationship management skills, and ability to interact with different levels of internal and external stakeholders;
  • Good knowledge and awareness of external locations for meeting and incentives;
  • Professional, proactive and organized personality, with a strong attitude to deadlines;
  • Ability to work in team and independently with little supervision and to prioritize workload;
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive/confidential material and information appropriately;
  • Project management skills.
