POSITION SUMMARY
The Women’s Center Support Representative is often the first contact for Visitors and Ambulatory patients for Labor and Delivery and Lactation Outpatient. Strong Customer Service Focus is essential. The Women’s Center Support Representative monitors the census within Women’s Services and displays a heightened awareness of persons entering or leaving the area as well as those waiting in designated OB waiting areas to ensure safety. The admit, transfer and discharge functions of the Infant Security System are the responsibility of The Support Representative.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education
High School Diploma equivalent
Minimum Experience
1-2 years customer service experience
Basic computer and typing skills
Required Registration/License/Certification

Preferred Education
Business School or College Coursework
Preferred Experience
1-2 years healthcare/hospital experience and /or customer service experience.
