Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient Software Quality Engineering Leader to drive

quality assurance and continuous improvement across our software R&D initiatives. This role requires

a strong background in software testing, automation, and quality strategy, with the ability to lead

cross-functional teams and influence product development from concept to release.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Quality Strategy & Leadership

o Define and execute the overall quality engineering strategy aligned with R&D goals.

o Champion a culture of quality across engineering, product, and design teams.

o Establish and monitor KPIs for software quality and test effectiveness.

• Team Management

o Lead, mentor, and grow a team of quality engineers and SDETs.

o Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and inclusive team environment.

• Process & Automation

Public

o Drive the adoption of modern testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and test

automation.

o Ensure comprehensive test coverage across unit, integration, system, and

performance levels.

o Implement risk-based testing and shift-left practices.

• Collaboration & Communication

o Partner with engineering, product management, and Design/Architecture to ensure

quality is embedded early.

o Provide clear reporting on quality metrics, risks, and release readiness.

o Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software quality engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership

role.

• Proven experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• � Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in electrical calculation standards (IEC, NEC)
• Familiarity with AI/ML model validation and testing.
• Certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with performance and security testing tools.
