As a member of the Digital Revenue Operations Team, Developer will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of our company's web-based applications, websites, and related digital solutions.

The ideal candidate is expected to have a strong technical background, a passion for web development, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. They ensure that sites meet user expectations by ensuring they look good, run smoothly and offer easy access points with no loading issues between pages or error messages.

What You'll Do:

Web Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, responsive, and user-friendly websites and web-based applications.
• Implement innovative and creative solutions to enhance the user experience and achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure compatibility across different browsers, devices, and platforms.
• Conduct rigorous testing and debugging of web applications to identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define requirements, task and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Front-End Development:

• Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces using the latest front-end technologies.
• Implement responsive web design techniques to ensure optimal performance on various devices and screen sizes.
• Collaborate with designers to translate visual designs into functional web interfaces.
• Optimize front-end code for speed, efficiency, and accessibility.
• Working knowledge of React.js and Express.js is a plus.

Back-End Development:

• Develop, test, and maintain robust server-side logic using technologies including PHP, .NET, and Node.js.
• Work with databases such as MySQL (RDBMS) and MongoDB (NoSQL).
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Integrate databases and data storage solutions to support web applications.
• Build and maintain APIs for seamless data exchange between front-end and back-end systems.
• Responsible for developing and integrating RESTful APIs to support frontend and third-party services

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with designers, developers, d stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and timely delivery.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and recommendations to team members and project stakeholders.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Web Developer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Strong understanding of back-end technologies and programming languages (e.g., Python, PHP, Java).
• Experience with web development tools, libraries, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with database systems and web services (e.g., SQL, RESTful APIs).
• Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques and SEO principles.
• Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Portfolio of previous web development projects is highly desirable.

CERTIFICATIONS:

• Certified Web Developer (W3C)
• Google Certified Professional - Web Developer - Preferred
• Certified Full Stack Web Developer – Preferred
