Job Description:

What will you work on?

As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to designated business units. Your primary role is to align HR strategies with business objectives, serve as a vital link between HR and management, and support a high-performance, employee-centric environment.

How will you create impact?

  • Manage full-spectrum HR services for assigned location(s), including talent acquisition, staffing, learning & development, employee engagement, performance management, policy review, and project support.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and develop tailored, value-added HR solutions.
  • Consult with stakeholders to address people challenges and provide strategic HR guidance.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives that support business strategies and promote organizational effectiveness.
  • Influence relationships and foster collaboration across all levels of the organization.
  • Ensure HR processes are fully compliant with local labor laws and global HR policies.
  • Lead new HR initiatives regionally and support various HR projects.

What are your skills and experience?

  • University degree in Business or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 5 years of human resources experience, preferably with experience supporting overseas or regional human resources functions.
  • Well-versed in local labor laws and HR regulations; experience managing HR for overseas operations is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with leaders and engage employees at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrates strong learning ability, with the capacity to quickly grasp new concepts, policies, and tools, and apply them effectively in a fast-changing environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with HRIS systems; knowledge of data analysis tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
