About the Role & Team
At Disney, the DOT Compliance Coordinator is responsible for conducting Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) testing in compliance with State of Florida regulations for all new WDW CDL drivers designated positions across the property. This role ensures the accurate and timely entry of driver applicant information into the company’s system of record both before and after testing. Additional responsibilities include managing and maintaining driver qualification files, processing drug testing and DOT physical documentation, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. The DOT Compliance Coordinator will also support special projects and other compliance-related initiatives as assigned.
