Job Summary

The Surgical Oncology Physician and Procedure Practice Manager (RN or CST preferred with 3 years of surgical experience) will be responsible for strategic development of the surgical oncology program with a focus on building procedural areas with current standards according to accreditation/regulatory practices (ACHC, AORN, FGI, OSHA, etc). The Physician and Procedure Manager position will be responsible for the leadership, direction, coordination and management of the daily operations and personnel of the physician practice. The Surgical Oncology Physician and Procedure Practice Manager assures that the office and procedural areas function efficiently to support the physicians and/or advanced practice providers in providing safe and compassionate patient care.

Education and Experience

  • Ideally the candidate will have proven practice management success in a similar group practice setting.
  • It is important for the candidate to have demonstrated success in developing and leading operational teams.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

RN/CST preferred; Surgical experience preferred
