The Senior Manager, Brand Activation is responsible for translating the brand's business needs into impactful content and integrated communication plans. This includes developing compelling marketing strategies for the Nature Made brand that are grounded in deep understanding of consumer insights. Lead creative brand communications, marketing activation plans, and multi-channel execution. Partner with agencies to elevate our creative/content within a fully integrated plan across TV, digital, influencers, paid and organic social and website. Partner closely with internal and external resources to ensure strong brand programming and measurement of campaign(s). The Senior Manager, Brand Activation reports to the Director of Brand Activation.

Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:

  • Lead and execute communications plans and integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and trial.
  • Partner with brand team on key initiative and innovation launches with a focus on digital/social media centered campaigns.
  • Lead cross functional team of internal and external stake holders to build and deliver programs with maximum effectiveness, setting vision and collaboratively problem solving.
  • Inspire "best in class" ideas by working with agency partners across concepting, development, alignment, execution, measurement and optimization.
  • Ensure a creative strategy and execution that is on brand but also channel-specific covering digital media, influencers, organic social and website. Lead a roster of agency partners to deliver breakthrough campaigns that results in business impact.

The ideal candidate brings an energetic combination of proven marketing, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, including consumers connections with brands and culture as well as a passion for connecting with consumers in meaningful ways. You must enjoy a collaborative work environment and working with cross-functional business partners to ensure marketing content needs are communicated well and that the best interests of the customer and the brand are honored first and foremost.

You'll be most successful in this role if you have:

  • Tangible experience in launching marketing campaigns anchored to established CPG brand(s) that drove significant results.
  • Experience managing social marketing including paid and organic content as well as influencer identification and execution.
  • Excellent influencing, multi-tasking, project management and prioritization skills leading cross-functional teams and influencing key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a broad range of agency partners -- both small and large -- to achieve objectives.
  • Strong ability to direct marketing strategy through to execution.

To take on these challenges, you'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent. An MBA degree is preferred
  • 8+ years of brand management and marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years of campaign leadership experience.
  • VMS category experience, or significant experience in category with equivalent complexity, pace and competitive dynamics.
  • Ability to make focused decisions based on Brand integrity and Company values.
  • Ability to consistently communicate in a clear and timely manner.
  • Strong analytical, presentation and negotiation skills.

National Target Base Pay Range: $115,000 - $195,000. The salary range for this position is based on national standards. For candidates in California and New York metro the Target Base Pay Range is $127,000 - $217,000, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas.

Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. This information is provided to applicants in accordance with state and local laws.

Base pay is only one component of our total rewards offerings, and we will take the full offering into consideration when presenting an offer of employment. Our total rewards package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, Medical, dental and vision benefits, 401K match, and other wellness benefits.
