Senior Salesforce/nCino Administrator (Hybrid - Columbia, SC)

The Senior Salesforce/nCino Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce platform and the nCino Application. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices and a proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing Salesforce environments.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations.
  • Provision, manage, and maintain over 15 Salesforce Orgs for the organization, which include multiple sandbox development environments for each Org.
  • Implemented and managed complex workflows, process builder, and automation tools.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that enhance business processes.
  • Perform regular data audits and resolve data integrity issues.
  • Provide training and support to other Salesforce/nCino administrators, ensuring they are proficient in administering the platform.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce and nCino.
  • Manage third-party integrations and applications within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) and Advanced Administrator Certification (ADM 211) are required.
  • nCino 101 and/or 201 certifications
  • Salesforce DevOps experience is required and AutoRABIT certification preferred
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
  • Proficiency in data management and data migration.
  • Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce development tools is a plus.
