Overview:

The Administrative Support Specialists primary role will be to preform document and task based management for the client in their specified proprietary software. The individual will be interfacing with both Construction and Engineering teams and recording data into the client's systems. The Administrative Support Specialist may have the opportunity to expand their telecommunications knowledge and aid project management efforts.

Qualifications:

• Strong business acumen
• Proficient using Microsoft applications such as Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
• The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex documents and managing administrative tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent

Pay $26/hr
