Job Title: Account Manager – Erosion Control

Details:

A well-established and growing provider of erosion control and vegetation management services is looking to add Account Managers to their expanding team in Northwest Houston. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy building strong client relationships, managing impactful projects, and contributing to a company known for its reliability and expertise.

Focus includes –

o Manage accounts in erosion control, hydroseeding, slope stabilization, and related services

o Serve as the primary client contact—supporting communication, scheduling, and project updates

o Conduct regular site visits to evaluate project progress and ensure adherence to specifications

o Collaborate with estimators on proposals, change orders, and project scopes

o Partner with field supervisors to ensure smooth execution and timely completion

o Identify opportunities for additional services or project expansion

o Prepare and present a general board presentation as part of the interview process

Top consideration given to candidates with:

o Minimum 2 years of experience in erosion control, environmental services, or landscaping project management

o Familiarity working with MUD boards and selling irrigation repair services

o Strong communication skills, a professional presence, and the ability to foster client confidence

o Ability to read and interpret site plans and project documentation

o Experience handling multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

o Working knowledge of stormwater management and sediment control regulations

o Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

o Targeting – $70–85K DOE, full benefits
