Under the supervision of the Staff Services Manager I, the Associate Governmental Program Analyst, Budget Liaison maintains and analyzes the CUIAB Personnel Services and Operating Expense and Equipment (OE&E) budgets. Monitors annual budget allocations against monthly expenditures. Produces monthly and annual CUIAB budget reports that illustrate resources and expenditures for management decisions. Analyzes OE&E spending patterns and makes accurate predictions about trends, directions, and developments. Acts as Single Point of Contact with the Employment Development Department's Fiscal Programs Division on all budgetary updates including revises, workload forecasting, implementation of new funding codes, endings of specific programs and accounting corrections.
This position will require some travel.
