The LinkedIn Monetization Strategy & Operations team is looking for a Senior Manager, Monetization Ops & Strategy problem solver to help accelerate growth and strengthen go-to-market strategy for our Sales Solutions business. This team is the owner of a multi-billion-dollar business that is available to LinkedIn’s top tier customers.This person will collaborate with key business partners on spearheading multiple initiatives and scale Enterprise Programs, which is a strategic growth lever for the business. In this role, you will engage with stakeholders to drive the growth strategy of the B2B business, increase sales activation, and evaluate/evolve global pricing policies aligned to driving customer value and value for LinkedIn.

We’re looking for a strategic, analytical, and collaborative pricing leader to drive global monetization initiatives and evolve our pricing and packaging strategy. In this role, you’ll lead 2–3 high-impact projects end-to-end—from data-driven analysis and customer research to crafting recommendations and presenting directly to VP-level audiences. You’ll need strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Product, and Marketing. This role requires sharp problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and comfort navigating complex decisions that impact our go-to-market strategy and commercial success. Responsibilities:

  • Present pricing strategy proposals to VP-level executives and audiences
  • You will partner with Sales Operations, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Strategic Finance, Sales Enablement, and Data Science to lead 2-3 strategy initiatives concurrently as well as guide workflow for junior team members and/or cross-functional partners supporting the programs
  • Independently lead global monetization and pricing strategy projects end-to-end, scoping and structuring projects into clear bodies of work, driving quantitative and qualitative analyses and problem solving, and developing recommendations and high-quality project deliverables
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to evolve pricing and commercial frameworks that generate revenue and deliver value for customers
  • Leverage hypothesis-driven analyses to evaluate pricing and packaging opportunities
  • Build analytical models to inform, size and influence pricing strategy
  • Lead voice of customer and field interviews and large-scale quantitative customer research using techniques including max diff, conjoint, concept tests and pricing/value assessments.
  • Measure and track monetization performance to enable continuous improvements to our pricing and packaging.
  • Drive recommendations and partner with stakeholders across Sales, BizOps, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, Legal, and Product to turn opportunities into realized value by providing guidance and support throughout the go-to-market processes

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in Pricing, BizOps, Corporate Strategy & Planning, or similar analytical role at a tech company, or experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, and Private Equity/Venture Capital
  • BA/BS degree in economics, management science, business, applied math, statistics, finance, analytics or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to structure and simplify complex problems for clear understanding and resolution
  • Proven experience independently in setting up and leading a strategy project end to end, influencing cross-functional partners, and driving decision-making among senior stakeholders
  • Strong ownership mindset; a proactive self-starter who can lead critical initiatives to impact in fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environments
  • Deep understanding of and experience supporting B2B enterprise sales organizations
  • Expertise in building and optimizing commercial business models and Go-To-Market strategies, including packaging and pricing for B2B SaaS/software products
  • Track record of leveraging customer insights to inform and drive strategic decisions around go-to-market, pricing, and packaging
  • Strong marketing strategy acumen, with the ability to understand customer needs, identify value drivers, and craft GTM strategies that accelerate business growth
  • Proven ability to develop compelling business cases for pricing and commercial strategy shifts, tailored for senior executive audiences (e.g., Senior Directors, VPs, C-suite)
  • Demonstrated strength in analytical and quantitative problem solving in applying hypothesis-driven analysis and experimentation (e.g., A/B testing) to assess business impact
  • Proficiency in interpreting CRM reports, conducting self-service SQL analysis, and building financial models to support data-informed decisions
  • Advanced skills in SQL and Excel with 3+ years of hands-on experience
  • Experience designing and executing pricing research studies, including methodologies such as Van Westendorp, Gabor Granger, and Conjoint analysis

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The pay range for this role is $123,000 to $192,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
