Job Description

Your role:

  • Supports quality control activities to ensure all products meet company standards and specifications, documenting any deviations or issues found during inspections.
  • Helps to document comprehensive quality inspection processes, including deviations and corrective actions, to enhance overall inspection accuracy and efficiency.
  • Works under general supervision, executes support tasks according to clear instructions, procedures, and rules while seeking alternative solutions when deviations arise, within a defined set of options.
  • Helps to conduct the maintenance, calibration, and organization of inspection tools and equipment, ensuring they are in optimal working condition and available for use as required.
  • Provides assistance in conducting visual and dimensional inspections of products, identifying defects and inconsistencies.
  • Records, and reports inspection results in the quality management system, ensuring data integrity and supporting detailed traceability for continuous improvement efforts.
  • Helps to collate comprehensive quality inspection reports and summaries.
  • Develops familiarity with a limited range of tasks and procedures, executing tasks of similar nature, and engages in continuous learning and on-the-job training to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Stays updated with basic developments in the field of quality inspection through on-the-job training and company-provided resources, enhancing skills and knowledge relevant to the role.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
