Job Description

We're looking for a GTM Systems Analyst with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and a passion for continuous learning and improvement. In this role, you'll partner with stakeholders across the organization to transform business needs into scalable system solutions. Your technical acumen and curiosity will drive seamless workflows, enhanced data insights, and optimized customer interactions.

As a key member of our GTM Systems team, you will design, configure, and support core applications - including Salesforce CRM, CPQ, Marketo, and other go-to-market tools - ensuring the business can execute efficiently and make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business leaders to gather requirements and translate them into technical system configurations and solutions.
• Perform hands-on Salesforce administration, including Flows, security model, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
• Serve as an application administrator for GTM tools such as Salesforce CRM, CPQ, Marketo, and others.
• Ensure data integrity and security across all GTM systems.
• Develop frameworks for real-time reporting and analytics to support operations and decision-making.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships across teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Act as a technical escalation point for support and troubleshooting.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, integrations, or configurations that support GTM initiatives

Please note this is a hybrid role that requires an in-office presence 3 days/week (Tuesday-Thursday).

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience designing and implementing medium to large-scale business systems in GTM environments
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
• 2+ years of program or project management delivering GTM SaaS solutions
• Deep knowledge of CPQ tools, marketing automation, and ERP platforms
• Proven ability to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade GTM solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication abilities
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Salesforce certifications:
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience analyzing business processes and configurations across Salesforce and GTM systems
• Familiarity with CRM-native integrations and tools like DealHub, Revenue Cloud, Marketo, Clay, Outreach
• Strong track record of driving successful cross-functional collaboration and program delivery

Additional Information

This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, and the expected base salary range for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for a target bonus.

Compensation Package

$165,800 - $238,000 USD Base Salary
