We’re Hiring: Network Architect – Build the Backbone of Our Future

What you will do:

Network:

  • Design and plan network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, intranet and other communication systems.
  • Identify and recommend appropriate network technologies and hardware to meet business needs.
  • Participate in assessing the network of companies being acquired, and architect solutions to support the growing business, and make recommendations on the future viability of the acquired company’s existing network.
  • Overseeing installation, configuration and deployment of the infrastructure.
  • Monitor network performance.
  • Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems.
  • Capacity Planning to assess future capacity and recommend upgrades.
  • Create and maintain Network Architecture diagrams.
  • Network modeling, analysis and planning.
  • Assist in implementing necessary upgrades and enhancements.
  • Assist in developing Network technology roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with the Network Admins and business stakeholders regarding the network.
  • Work with vendors to assist in managing the network and develop test strategies for changes.

Security

  • Collaborate with the security team to implement and manage network security to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
  • Assist in conducting penetration tests and risk analysis on the Network.

Applications

  • Understanding of software development principles.
  • Experience with cloud platforms.
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into application architecture that is scalable and secure.
  • Collaborate with the Sr Manager of Business Relationship and Program Management on translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Design and develop application architecture in the interim of not having an Application Architect.

Data and Artificial Intelligence

  • Collaborate with the Data Architect to ensure efficient and secure data flow within the IT infrastructure.
  • Design and implement robust, scalable and secure network to handle data flows and complex AI workloads.
  • Assist in fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across the Architecture team.

Position Requirements

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience working as an IT Network Architect
  • At least 1 year as a data or application architecture or 3 years working and collaborating with a team of architects
  • Working with SAAS (Software as Service) vendors
  • Strong architectural and analytical skills, preferably in Professional Services/Tax/Finance and Wealth Management
  • Building, Managing and troubleshooting networks
  • Documenting Network Architecture
  • Azure Cloud/Azure environment configuration and hosting

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience working in organizations with Professional Services, Tax, or Finance Services
  • Collaborating with Managed Services Organizations

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role: The estimated pay range for this role, if based in Denver, CO, is $80,000 to $140,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location and may be more or less than the amount shown above.

Performance reviews are held regularly to discuss your career goals and potential promotions within the firm.
