What you will do:

IAM (Identity and Access Management) Analyst:

  • Deploy and maintain IAM technologies
  • Administer user accounts, permissions, and security roles across applications and systems
  • Offboarding and reinstatements of user accounts, permissions, and security roles across applications and systems
  • Programing in JSON systems
  • Loss prevention and incident response
  • Regularly review and improve IAM processes, tools, and systems to enhance security and operational efficiency
  • OKTA/PING identity access management system implementation
  • Manage integration of Microsoft Azure Active Directory with IAM system

IT Security Analyst:

  • Continuously monitor and analyze security alerts, logs, and events using security information and event management (SIEM) systems
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as IT and risk management, to implement security measures and resolve security issues
  • Perform risk assessments to evaluate the third-party organization’s security posture
  • Leverage security management tools to assess and analyze the ongoing security threats
  • Compliance management for i.e., HIPAA/SOX
  • Ongoing analysis with security standards and protocols

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field or 2 to 3 years’ experience working in an Information Security Office identity & access management or a security analyst
  • Experience in identity and access management, including the use of IAM tools (e.g., OKTA, Microsoft Azure Active Directory)
  • Experience with vulnerability management tools (e.g., Nessus, Qualys)
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Programming experience in Python or JSON

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree in information technology, computer science
  • 3- 5 years’ experience
  • IAM, CISA (Certified Information Security Officer) or CISSP Certification
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like GDPR (international general data protection regulation), HIPAA, and SOX

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role: The estimated pay range for this role, if based in Denver, CO, is $60,000 to $115,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location and may be more or less than the amount shown above.
