We are seeking a highly organised Directors' Administrator to support our Legal Team with remarkable administrative and coordination services. What you will be doing

  • Being a shared resource for directors to help with their administrative tasks in relation to their statutory appointments
  • Helping to complete forms directors are required to submit to regulatory authorities as part of licensing requirements, working closely with the Compliance team
  • Helping with KYC requests in relation to directors from suppliers and banks
  • Assisting the directors with any printing or document requests in relation to their statutory appointments
  • Assisting with the completion of gambling license applications for directors including completing forms, collating documents, arranging notarisation and apostilling if required
  • Helping with diary management in relation to board meetings and arranging travel if required
  • Assisting with signing requests
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders such as Legal, Finance, Compliance and Procurement
