Posting Summary
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Program Development Analyst for the Office of Education at the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.
The Program Development Analyst assists with the development, implementation and evaluation of the Community Engaged Service Learning course and medical student experiences at the medical school as well as with supporting programs run by the office of community health and office of education at the medical school. Provides administrative and program support to the Program Director Office of Community Health, Pre-clerkship Education Dean, Associate Dean of Primary Care, Assistant Dean of Student Affairs, and CESL course director (or designees). Is responsible for the day-to day operations of the CESL course and other community-engaged and experiential learning programs. Functions as a liaison between community partners, the medical school education deans, office of community health, faculty mentors, students, and other departments within the University. Conducts evaluations of the full service and experiential learning components of the medical school curriculum.
