As the Specialist, E-Commerce Marketplace, you will manage relationships with partners, brands, and suppliers to develop commercial strategies that drive mutual growth. You’ll oversee all categories within Qantas Marketplace, supporting Commercial Managers to boost engagement, revenue, and EBIT aligned with Qantas Loyalty’s goals, while identifying new revenue opportunities and efficiencies.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in retail commercial and/or retail operational support or marketing related environment
• Business or marketing related qualification preferable, or demonstrated equivalent business experience
• Strategic and analytical mind with forecasting analytical capability
• Commercial Negotiation Skills and Account Management experience
• Detailed understanding of eCommerce
• Extensive Process Improvement Management
• Prior experience in agile ways of working and design thinking will be highly regarded
• Excellent organisational and Project Management Skills
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Sound knowledge of Google Apps (including Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Team leadership
