The E-Commerce Operations Manager executes daily operations in eCommerce/retail channel. Achieve sales plan by optimizing the user experience and supply chain, ensuring cross-channel consistency and setting online strategies. This role closely collaborates cross functionally E-commerce sales and Operational business goals.
Responsibility:
- Working with TP company on E-com daily operations to achieve E-com and retail sales goal, including Tmall, JD, JDZY and Wechat store
- Set up Retail and E-com pricing strategy with the team.
- Close management of the supply chain, including warehouse and courier partners, to ensure smooth operations in all aspects of the customer journey
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports and reporting materials
- Work closely with the Customer Service team to rectify any product or delivery issues to assure excellent customer service
- Work closely with internal teams such as finance and legal to provide the document to process their needs
- Ensure cross-channel consistency with external actors, from partners to the offline operations team and marketing teamRequirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in e-commerce, supply Chain and business is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience
- Knowledge of e-commerce such as Tmall, JD and WeChat store
- Some experience of supply chain or operations will be a plus
- Excellent excel skills and data analysis skills (ERP is a plus)
- Responsible, well-organized and attention to details
- Excellent written and spoken Chinese and English
- Candidate with retailer channel management experience will be considered as omnichannel operations manager

具备供应链管理经验.
数据敏感度高,熟练使用Excel、ERP系统及数据分析工具。
优秀的沟通能力,能独立谈判合作伙伴并管理跨区域团队。
中英语能力优秀,支持全球化业务沟通。
有新零售及零售渠道管理经验的,会被聘为新零售运营经理
