About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to lead and drive the success of nephrology within the GCC region. This role offers the opportunity to leverage expertise in commercial operations, nephrology and KOL management in a high-impact position that collaborates closely with key stakeholders to expand market presence and drive brand success in GCC markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve sales targets across the GCC region.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), to drive brand awareness and adoption.
  • Use a data-driven approach to identify market opportunities, monitor performance metrics, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Demonstrate commercial acumen in managing product positioning and market expansion through key account management.
  • The Ability to analyze both internal and external market landscape in GCC region and prepare a relevant forecast aligned with the organization ambition with clear competitive strategy.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective brand Omnichannel strategy across the region
  • Manage without authority to influence and motivate cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Maintain close relationships with KOLs, fostering strong advocacy for Nephrology

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy; MBA or official marketing degree is preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years in commercial operations.
  • Proven track record of achievement over the past 2 years.
  • Demonstrated experience in nephrology is preferred.
  • KSA experience is preferable & Multi-market experience within the GCC is an advantage
  • Worked cross functionally in national projects is preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a proven ability to engage effectively with KOLs and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
  • High proficient in leveraging digital platforms to drive brand visibility and engagement including social media experience.
  • Skilled in using marketing automation tools to enhance efficiency and results
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation in the digital space, staying ahead of emerging trends and technologies.
