ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Program Analyst to join our team working in San Diego, CA. This is on onsite position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide technical and programmatic support to the combat systems on in-service ships
  • Plan and execute Navy ship maintenance availabilities
  • Participate in program management reviews and prepare and coordinate inputs for status reports, briefings, and information inquires

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of program analysis experience supporting the DoD
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline OR High school diploma or equivalent education and 16+ years of program analysis experience supporting the DoD
  • Familiarity with DoD/DON Policies and Procedures related to systems engineering processes and acquisition and modernization of Navy combat systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Navy shipboard experience, preferably on LCS class ships

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active or current Secret security clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $96,100.00-$159,900.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
