Our goal is to make compliance an engaged advantage for Google by driving scaled, data-driven, and policy-based compliance programs. We manage our operations through risk-based prioritization and governance and consistent and constructive regulator engagement.
We are seeking a experienced security compliance program manager to lead and elevate our compliance program. In this role, you will understand of compliance frameworks, risk assessment, and internal controls, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively across the organization and influence at all levels with respect to privacy and security areas of law. You will be a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills. You will build and manage robust compliance programs.
In addition to a strong compliance foundation, you will require exceptional program management capabilities. You will have a demonstrated ability to track, report on, and effectively manage compliance initiatives from inception to completion. This includes defining clear objectives, establishing metrics, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $158,000-$235,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
