Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our data center operations team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a live data center environment. The primary focus will be on maintaining cleanliness, organization, and supporting basic operational tasks to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of data center aisles, equipment exteriors, and work areas.
• Organize and label cables, tools, and supplies to maintain a tidy and efficient environment.
• Assist with unpacking, inventorying, and staging hardware and equipment.
• Support technicians with basic tasks such as moving equipment, preparing workstations, and escorting vendors.
• Follow safety and security protocols at all times.
• Report any issues or irregularities to staff promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a physically active role, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, IT, or facilities environment is a plus.
• Interest in technology or data center operations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
