Job Summary Job Summary OVERVIEW OF POSITION The Advancement Database Coordinator is a full-time exempt position that reports directly to the Vice President of Institutional Advancement and is responsible for services including, but not limited to, data entry, gift acknowledgement, stewardship tasks, and day-to-day team coordination. The advancement team supports the Notre Dame High School community through the cultivation of relationships and resources. All team members will assist in developing and managing relationships with alumni, donors, community members, foundations, and other key supporters or constituents. Confidentiality is imperative in this department. We are committed to teamwork, collaboration, and excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, a collaborative approach to their work, and an interest in working as part of a dynamic team. This role will support the coordination of advancement activity, including generating reports, updating records (using Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT), gift processing, donor support, event support, and internal advancement activity. This position will interface with other departments, vendors, donors, volunteers, and parents to further all advancement initiatives as needed. This is a campus-based, year-round, Monday-Friday position, with occasional weekend events.
