Description

Responsible for identifying, remediating and communicating issues and needs pertaining to the desktop computing environment at a medical center. This includes but is not limited to: PC’s, laptops, phones, scanners, printers, software, and handheld devices. Provides technical expertise, fault diagnosis, identification, isolation and resolution for video and peripheral equipment issues and deployments. Both positions will need knowledge and experience in Microsoft Teams. The 100% candidate will need knowledge and experience in Cisco Video, and basic Cisco VOIP programming as well. Individual must have very solid soft skills, experience supporting both Dell and Apple products is preferred; previous experience with Geek Squad or MAC Genius Bar or like experience is a plus.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Preference will be given to individuals who possess both MAC and PC experience and A+ certifications.
  • Individual must have very solid soft skills
  • Must be ok with being on feet all day long
  • Will be entering into patient rooms and OR/ERs, need to be ok with blood
  • Must be trainable and wiling to learn
  • Prefer this person have experience with MS Teams (Connection troubleshooting, Microphone and Video aren't working, they can hear me but I can't hear them issues, etc.)
  • Prefer experience over education
  • Non-smoking campus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.64 - $21.64/hr.
