Appointment Setter

Will be working fully in office! No cold calling, will be reaching out to warm leads!

Start Date – June 30th

A day in the role…

• Handling numerous inbound with some outbound calls for all potential customers.
• They are on an auto-dialer system
• Speaking with the customer, finding out their needs and ensuring the company has exactly what they are looking for
• Scheduling an in-home sales representative to meet with the customer to give a presentation, quote, and contract.

Schedule – Two shifts to choose from

8am – 2:30pm (M-TH)

Will work one, Saturday or Sunday, from 9am – 4pm

OR

2pm to 9pm (M-TH) Friday (1-7pm)

Will work one, Saturday or Sunday, from 9am – 4pm

Core Experience:

• 1+ year customer service
• Call center and appointment setting experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Reliability

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
