As part of the Fashion Marketing Team, you will support the client activation strategy at the Regional level, working with markets in Switzerland, Latin America & India.

The Event Project Manager role will play a fundamental role in orchestrating the development and execution of event strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing our client engagement.

Temporary contract for 9 months starting September 2025

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

Planning and strategy

  • Participate to the Regional yearly events plan in line with the market key priorities and set objective to support client engagement and achieve KPI.
  • Coordinate with all the key stakeholders to adapt and finetune the event format to make it locally relevant and impactful in line with the Global Fashion strategy, Brand Image and Market priorirites
  • Contribute to the enrichment of the top client engagement with dedicated tools (top client tracker).
  • Coordinate engagement initiatives together with Haute Joaillerie department.

Events Orchestration

  • Co-build with local market the project brief that includes objectives and ambitions, producing detailed proposals for events.
  • Ensure an alignment on the objectives with all the regional fashion department from the conception to the implementation (buying products, VM, staff engagement…)
  • Liaise with the key stakeholders on the event buying recommendation to ensure an impactful and relevant collection representation
  • Act as key point of contact for the markets of the region on every key milestone of the project to ensure offering the ultimate client experience (event format and organisation details)
  • Accompany the markets on the event implementation on-site
  • Ensure smooth and continuous communication with all stakeholders involved in the project, providing regular updates on progress, challenges and necessary adjustments
  • Demonstrate quick decision-making and responsiveness to unforeseen issues, ensuring the event's success while minimizing disruptions
  • Comply with the CSR strategy set by Global Image department and ensure all events are legally compliant
  • Follow the project budget

Event performance

  • Identify key impacts and key learnings through analysis (event ROI).
  • Provide recommendations for improvements in future events.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree in Business or relevant field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in client experience/project management in the fashion industry
  • Proven international experience.
  • Strong understanding of luxury brand landscape
  • Proficiency in project management tools and proficiency with office software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Languages: fluent in French and English. Spanish or Portuguese are a valuable plus.
