Business Development Specialist - EIPAF Practice

The BD Specialist is a crucial part of our centralised BD function, supporting practice groups, industry groups, and client account teams to achieve their commercial and marketing goals. This role involves stakeholder management of senior BD team members, partners, and lawyers, and is key for career progression within our business development team.
Our Business Development and Marketing Team focuses on profitable growth, engaged people, and outstanding client relationships, working globally with a collaborative and high-performing team to deliver significant growth and navigate complex environments.
This role supports the business development activities of the London-based EIPAF practice group under the supervision of two BD Managers. The BD Specialist plays a key part in delivering marketing and development support, contributing to pitches and credentials, coordinating profile-raising initiatives, and maintaining marketing materials and lawyer CVs.
This hands-on role suits a detail-oriented, proactive BD professional thriving in a collaborative environment and eager to develop within a high-performing team.

Location and Reporting
This role is based in our London office, and reports into the Associate Director, EMEA EIPAF.
Our standard office hours are 09:30-18:00, with a current requirement for 3 days in the office per week.
