Position Summary:

This role reports directly to the Clinical Project Manager and is responsible for coordinating all patient admissions while optimizing patient volume for designated inpatient and partial hospitalization programs.

Competencies:

A. Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

B. Knowledge:

Familiarity with internal and external referral sources, as well as a general understanding of clinical considerations related to the patient population.

C. Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively and professionally with patients, families, clinical staff, and external agencies.

D. Licensure/Certification:

No licensure or certification required.

E. Work Experience:

A minimum of 1–3 years of experience working with psychiatric patient populations.

Salary Range: Minimum $22.00/hour - Maximum $36.32/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
