Executive, Parcel Recovery (Warehouse)

Responsibilities

  • Accountable to ensure all inquiries for problematic delivery issues are well addressed on
  • daily basis and close in timely mannered in all mediums
  • Accountable to conduct a thorough investigations for all problematic parcels/delivery issues within the allotted time
  • Accountable to verify all claims submissions from all claimant
  • To prepare report on the related problematic delivery issues on weekly basis
  • To ensure full adherence to Recovery's SOP
  • To ensure the relevant stakeholders are well informed with issue that tag to order(s)
  • To ensure the accuracy of data input into the recovery system
  • To assist Manager/Head for any ad hoc projects and analysis as and when required.

Requirements

  • Candidate must posses at least Bachelor’s degree in any field (fresh graduate encouraged to apply)
  • 2 years working experience in courier service will be an added advantage
  • Candidate must be a process and details oriented. Meticulous in ensuring processes are followed
  • Good analytical and communication skills and a problem solver
  • Hands on approach as work will be close to warehouse based
  • Strong ability to grasp operation processes and systems quickly
  • Must have an excellent spoken & written knowledge in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to connect with people and communicate clearly
  • Must have high integrity and responsibility towards the task assigned
  • Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Office and Google apps
  • Quick learner: we work in a fast-paced environment where you will be challenged to rapidly pick up on new concepts
