CTG is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Integration Developer – SCM with expertise in Infor Lawson Supply Chain Management (SCM) applications. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining interfaces and integrations that support supply chain functions such as procurement, inventory management, logistics, and vendor transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Infor Lawson integration tools, data workflows, and process automation.

Contract: 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Infor Lawson SCM and external/internal systems (e.g., warehouse management, ERP financials, EDI systems, vendor portals).
  • Utilize tools such as Infor ION, Infor Process Automation (IPA), Landmark, and Process Flow to develop workflows and automate business processes.
  • Build and manage API and web service integrations (REST, SOAP) to support real-time data exchange with supply chain partners and internal applications.
  • Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders to understand data needs and integration requirements for areas such as purchase orders, item master, inventory, and receiving.
  • Develop ETL processes and data mappings using SQL, XML, JSON, or middleware tools to ensure accurate, timely data flow.
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and migrations, ensuring integration continuity and minimal disruption to SCM operations.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot interface failures and performance issues; conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain clear and thorough technical documentation for integrations, workflows, and data flows.
  • Partner with ERP functional and infrastructure teams to ensure end-to-end integration performance, data security, and compliance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience as an Integration Developer with hands-on work in Infor Lawson SCM (S3 or CloudSuite).
  • Experience with Infor ION, IPA, Landmark, and Lawson Process Flow Designer.
  • Strong SQL and data manipulation skills; experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
  • Proficiency in web services, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, and JSON for integration development.
  • Understanding of SCM processes such as procurement, inventory, supply distribution, and vendor communication.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and debug complex issues.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Infor CloudSuite Supply Chain Management.
  • Familiarity with EDI standards and transactions related to supply chain (e.g., 850, 810, 856).
  • Prior experience in healthcare, manufacturing, or retail supply chain environments.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps tools.
  • Knowledge of Infor Mingle, security roles, and workflow notifications.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $60.00/hour to $80.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
