Summary
The Director of Central Resource Pool is responsible for the overall direction of the corporate management of the internal staffing program for JHS. Develops Strategic plans and sets goals to ensure the maximization of internal labor from the Staffing Pool. Communicates program information to System and Facilities Administrations. Monitors costs, utilization, and deployment of the Staffing Pool, reports data to all stakeholders. The incumbent assists and acts in a confidential capacity to manage, formulate, determine and effectuate management process and polices. Attends management meetings and is directly involved in the decision making process around confidential management decisions. Position requires exercise of independent judgment.
Responsibilities
Experience
Generally requires 7 to 10 years of related experience. Management experience is required.
Preferred Experience
Education
Bachelor's degree in related field is required. Master's degree is strongly preferred.
Skill
Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work accurately while meeting multiple deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form. Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with critical thinking and professional composure. Ability to understand and follow instructions. Ability to exercise sound and independent judgment. Knowledge and skill in use of job appropriate technology and software applications.
Credentials
Valid Florida RN license is required.
