POSITION SUMMARY:

The objective of this role is to drive process improvements that span the Pro & Homeowner Experience in the CX organization.

The Pro & Homeowner Experience organization supports a wide variety of non-dealer customer audiences, inclusive of Architects, Builders, Contractors, and Homeowners.

POSITION PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partners with senior organizational leaders and business users to lead the identification of areas of process improvement and recommends solutions through automation and applying lean concepts.
  • Analyzes business processes, organizational structure, goals and procedures to identify and develop strategies to improve efficiency and cross-functional collaboration within the business.
  • Proficient use of change management strategies for implementation.
  • Creates cross-functional, detailed business requirements by partnering with the business and translates the requirement into functional specifications.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in project management methodology by defining project requirements, identifying project milestones, tracking progress, resolving problems, communicating progress, and recommending actions. Leads the implementation of the identified solutions by performing system testing, providing end-user training, documentation and support as needed.
  • Serves as a coach, guide, or mentor for other team members on project management methodology.
  • Serves as an advocate for the customer and the organization within all initiatives.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

POSITION MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 3-6 years’ experience preferred.
  • Demonstrates knowledge and coaches’ others on lean tools and methodology for problem solving and continuous improvement including, 5 Y, PDCA, A3 thinking, DMAIC, process mapping, and waste elimination. Embraces a structured approach to manage projects. Develops realistic timetables; makes choices among competing priorities; efficiently manages multiple demands and eliminating unnecessary tasks.
  • Builds strong working relationships with internal and/or external customers and provides peer-to-peer coaching and developmental feedback to others.
  • Independently composes written or presented materials and proposals that convey information clearly and concisely. Presents compelling facts and reasoning in a manner that encourages others to act or embrace a point of view. Understands the financials of building a strong business case and the ability to build out Investment Return financials to incorporate into a business case.

POSITION NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Identifies unexpressed customer needs and potential products/services to meet those needs.
  • Is self-sufficient and motivates to take action and grow and develop.
  • Quick to recognize situations where change is needed and takes steps to implement change. Achieves desired outcome, even when faced with obstacles or delays.
  • Facilitates cross functional teams including meetings, kaizen events, and projects.

COMPENSATION:

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $77,255 - $119,745/year. Job Grade 12C.

PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
