Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant will provide broad support to senior leadership and internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination of administrative functions. This role requires excellent communication, a proactive mindset, and a hands-on approach to operations and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide calendar and meeting management for senior executives
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including IT coordination
  • Assist with payroll/timecard tracking
  • Manage updates to the company directory and internal website
  • Maintain office inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Coordinate office events, catering, and transportation logistics
  • Serve as a point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with executive leadership and their assistants

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of administrative and operational support experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree required (degrees in Pharma or Analytics are a plus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly professional demeanor and polished presentation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
