Location: Ft. Pierce, FL | Pay Rate: $15.75/hr | Schedule: FT/Mon-Fri:(8am - 4pm)

What You Will Do:

As a Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in our production and warehouse operations, ensuring that materials and products are moved efficiently and safely. You’ll operate industrial vehicles, maintain a clean workspace, and ensure that we stay compliant with all safety and regulatory policies. Your work will help keep the production line flowing smoothly and contribute to the delivery of high-quality products to customers nationwide.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Operate industrial vehicles and various manual/automated equipment to support production.
• Inspect production runs and document results to ensure product quality.
• Transport raw materials, full goods, and finished products to designated areas in a safe and timely manner.
• Load and unload trailers and route trucks.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of equipment and assigned work areas.
• Move materials manually as needed, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Comply with all company and regulatory policies, ensuring safety standards are met.

Required Qualifications:

• 0-3 years of general work experience required.
• Proven experience in operating forklifts and other industrial equipment.
• Ability to operate a manual / powered pallet jack or lift product
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and the ability to follow strict protocols.
• Must be flexible with work schedules, including shifts that may change weekly.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials, sometimes manually.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Required Safety Footwear: Steel toe, slip-resistant, puncture-resistant soles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year prior warehouse/stocking/forklift experience preferred.
• Forklift certification is preferred.
• Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment a plus.
• Experience in the consumer products or manufacturing industry.
• Ability to work with automated equipment and technologies.

Pay Details: $15.75 per hour
