As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our Healthcare team, with a focus on specialty care and hospital environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with key accounts in hospital and specialty care settings
• Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions using IQVIA’s data, technology, and consulting capabilities
• Lead business development initiatives and manage complex sales cycles
• Engage with senior stakeholders including hospital administrators, medical directors, and procurement leads
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction
• Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and long-term account planning

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry
• Proven track record working with hospitals, specialty clinics, or public/private healthcare institutions
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field (advanced degrees are a plus)
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
• Strong understanding of specialty care areas (e.g., oncology, immunology, rare diseases)
• Familiarity with hospital procurement processes and healthcare decision-making structures
