Location: Athens, Greece (Hybrid)

Job Overview:

Associates in our Client Engagement team are involved in delivering projects for our clients, primarily pharmaceutical or biotech businesses, but also academia or other health industries (e.g. healthcare providers). Our Associates work as part of a team and are expected to be self-motivated individuals with excellent communication and presenting skills. Associates are required to provide high quality work in support of Real-World Data project delivery or business development opportunities. We are seeking candidates looking to launch their career in Real World Solutions team at IQVIA. This is a project management role managing teams of subject matter experts to deliver high quality work to our clients. Candidates should have a background in science who may also have some experience with health and life sciences consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce materials and services relating to Real World Project delivery with support from other team members where appropriate (PowerPoint slides for client meetings, components of study documentation e.g. Protocol, Statistical Analysis Plan, report (including abstracts and manuscripts)
• Develop your project management skills through client liaison and collaboration with senior project managers
• Develop your knowledge of Real-World Insights offerings and databases to support in in business development opportunities.
• Conduct desk research on therapy areas, drugs, methodological approaches to support proposal development with senior colleagues.
• Supporting broader business development activities with proposal development under guidance from senior team members
• Contributing to the development of novel RWS offerings as well as other internal initiatives
• Raising the external profile of IQVIA RWS by attending and presenting project work at conferences

Skills, Experience & Education Required:

• Problem-solving attitude, anticipating issues early, analysing, interpreting and suggesting solutions proactively
• Able to engage and establish lasting working relationships with a wide range of internal and external, scientific as well as commercial stakeholders effectively
• Excellent conversational and business English (written and oral), demonstrated via: storyboarding / slide development, report writing, meeting and workshop facilitation, timely and appropriately informative escalation, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of consulting and project management methodologies, tools and techniques
• Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries
• Master’s Degree, preferably in a relevant and / or numerate subject e.g. life sciences, chemistry, engineering etc.

The extra mile:

• A PhD in life sciences or related discipline is desirable
• Experience in healthcare consulting / experience in life science industry or within academia is desirable
