Field Sales Representative

I. Role Overview:

  • Location: Las Vegas, NV

Job Summary:

As a Field Sales Specialist, you will introduce shoppers to smart cart technology in grocery stores. Youll engage with customers, demonstrate the features and benefits of the smart carts, and encourage adoption. Your work will directly influence the use of innovative technology that is transforming the retail shopping experience.

II. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Customer Acquisition:
  • Engage with in-store customers to introduce smart carts. Perform live demonstrations to highlight features and benefits.
  • Implement Sales Strategies:
  • Develop and adapt sales tactics based on store environments and customer feedback.
  • Build Relationships:
  • Establish positive relationships with store personnel and act as a brand ambassador for the product.
  • Provide Reporting and Feedback:
  • Submit regular reports on customer interactions, offering insights and suggestions for improving engagement and sales.
  • Achieve Targets:
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly user acquisition goals.

III. Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • Proven background in direct sales, preferably in retail.
    • Availability to work Thursday through Monday, including weekends.
    • Willingness to travel within the market (up to 90%).
  • Technical Skills:
    • Comfortable demonstrating and troubleshooting smart cart features.
    • Familiar with collaboration tools like Slack and Google Suite.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Resilient, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
    • Curious and solution-oriented, with a focus on understanding customer needs.

V. Hours

  • Typical schedule: Thursday to Monday, 10 AM–6 PM or 11 AM–7 PM
  • Schedule may vary based on business needs
