Job Details

Data Analysis and Reporting (40%):

    • Create, analyze, and maintain reports and data extracts to support decision-making processes for finance, revenue cycle, and regulatory compliance.
    • Develop, maintain, and optimize business intelligence dashboards and reports.
    • Perform data extraction, manipulation, and analysis to support business operations.
    • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports and extracts.
    • Business continuity support:
  • Effectively monitor and react to requirements challenges and slippages.
  • Cultivate strong business relationships with end-users and other project stakeholders. Confers with clients and/or vendors to identify report requirements and determine how the desired results can be achieved
  • Create design specifications for new reports, identify and validate the appropriate technological solutions for various reporting needs.
  • Analyze existing reports and modify as necessary.

Financial and Operational Support (30%):

    • Support the financial and operational performance of the Home Care and Hospice departments.
    • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance revenue cycle processes and financial performance.
    • Collaborate with finance and revenue cycle teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies.

Regulatory Compliance (20%):

    • Generate reports and data extracts to meet the requirements of regulatory agencies.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
    • Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and adjust reporting processes accordingly.

Collaboration and Communication (10%):

    • Collaborate with end users to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management and delivery.
    • Migrate software enhancements into test and/or production environment. May coordinate with other IT teams to perform software enhancement testing and obtain signoff. As necessary, assists in software enhancement testing.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, IT, and Compliance.
    • Communicate analytical findings and insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reports.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor&rsquos or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related field.

3 years of relevant experience.

Must have experience with:

  • Developing reports using SAP Business Objects and Crystal Report Designer.
  • MS SQL Server and SQL Server integration services.
  • Developing custom ETLs (Extract, Transform and Load) and automation.
  • Coding skills in Microsoft Structured Query Language (SQL) or Oracle to create and optimize scripts and stored procedures.
  • Data warehouse data modeling techniques.
  • Tableau desktop and server integration for dynamic dashboard development and publication from multiple data sources.

Partial weekly work from home allowed on a regular basis, as business needs allow.

On-call, overnights, and weekends during large projects or as business needs require.

Approximately 5% domestic travel required for Epic training and onsite support at clinical locations

Salary Range

USD $125,000.00 - USD $135,000.00 /Yr.

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate&rsquos qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
