Salary Grade NC11 Salary Range: $43,738 to $76,542

The primary purpose of Location & Surveys is to serve as support services in providing engineering analysis, mapping and other data for the design of transportation facilities and the acquisition of property for the construction of transportation facilities. We are looking for an individual to provide advanced technical work supporting higher-level engineers by serving as survey crew leader providing base mapping for highway design functions This position is in North Wilkesboro.

Associate’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Survey Technology or assigned discipline from an appropriately accredited institution and three (3) years of progressive technician level experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
