CPQ Analyst

This analyst will provide direction and ensure the integrity of the configuration process. The role involves significant cross-team collaboration with Product, Services, and IT teams to gather and define requirements. Will be responsible for managing Oracle CPQ including configuration work, testing, and long-term maintenance of the application. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle CPQ administration, along with knowledge of other modules such as Salesforce CRM, SAP ERP, and Product Management Systems. Responsibilities

  • Cross-functional communication working with Project Management to identify and gather requirements
  • Interfacing with Product Management to enable Product Configuration and Quote capabilities
  • End-to-end enablement owner for New Product Introduction
  • Perform extensive configuration tasks with minimal coding to ensure the integrity and quality of the CPQ implementation.
  • Configure and manage UI components, rules, and configuration templates
  • Sales reporting and analytics
  • Participate in agile project management, including 3-4 week sprints, and adapt to the project's evolving needs.
  • Reviewing and correcting data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, ensuring information aligns with source documents
  • Adhering to data entry protocols, confidentiality standards, and security measures to protect sensitive information.
  • Assisting with generating reports from data as needed and retrieving data as requested by colleagues or supervisors
  • Performing regular backups to preserve data and prevent loss

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
  • 1-3 years of CPQ Application Administration; Oracle CPQ preferred
  • Experience with Oracle CPQ and Salesforce CRM Integration
  • Proficiency in CPQ configuration and data management
  • Knowledge of project management and agile methodology
  • Cross functional communication and collaboration skills

Minimum Salary: $77,440.56

Maximum Salary:$111,320.81

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $77,440.56 and $111,320.81/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
