Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our fast-paced Family Medicine team in Provo. The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care in collaboration with other healthcare professionals. While the primary focus is on preventive care and chronic disease management, acute care is also part of the daily workflow.

Each provider is supported by a dedicated nursing staff to ensure efficient and thorough care delivery. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential. Experience in family medicine is preferred but not required—we offer a supportive environment for new graduates with multiple providers available for guidance and collaboration during every shift. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct medical care under the supervision of a physician
  • Conduct physical exams, gather and document patient histories, and order/interpret diagnostic tests
  • Prescribe medications and coordinate appropriate treatment plans
  • Manage both acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Collaborate with the supervising physician and care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • Successful completion of National certification as an NP or PA
  • Current Utah licensure and DEA certification
  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required
  • A proactive, innovative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement

Work Schedule:

This position follows a consistent three-day workweek:

  • Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
