Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this role is to support the ICM (Incentive Compensation Management) Global People Solutions transformation agenda by enabling sustainable growth and driving competitive advantage in the Sales space through transformation, standardization, simplification, and digitalization initiatives.

This role serves as a key member of the ICM Project Management Office, where operational excellence and flawless project execution are expected. This role provides structure, governance, and methodology to deliver high-impact initiatives while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning. This role acts as a thought partner, aligning resources and connecting internal and external stakeholders to deliver business value.

As part of the Global ICM team, this role plays a critical position in optimizing system performance and supporting implementation activities across multiple regions. The focus is on driving continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies, resolving system issues, managing change requests, and supporting new country rollouts. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, analytical, and proactive, with a strong passion for problem-solving and systems thinking in a global, cross-functional environment.

Currently, this role supports more than 10 countries and over 40,000 sales employees, and will continue to scale with upcoming rollouts. Effective vendor management is essential to ensure smooth coordination for local change requests, ongoing sustain activities, cost management, and timely escalation resolution.

Your Impact

As Incentive Compensation Management Implementation & Continuous Improvement your scope would consist of:

  • Lead and support global implementation and improvement initiatives for our compensation systems.
  • Leading ICM rollout projects and managing timelines, stakeholders, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinating system enhancements and change requests.
  • Acting as the main contact between local teams, IT, and vendors.
  • Overseeing system configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.
  • Driving automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Managing global dashboards, reports, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

¿Who Are We Looking For?

  • 3+ years of experience in system implementations, compensation management systems, HR technology or IT projects.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based SaaS platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding of system integrations, data flows, and configuration in enterprise environments
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish).
