Hey skilled tradespeople — are you tired of patchy work, poor communication, or feeling like just another name on the schedule? Come work with a team that gets it.

SERVPRO CRC is hiring an experienced Journeyman Carpenter to help us crush high-quality rebuilds in the Sacramento area. If you’re confident with finish carpentry, handy with plumbing, and know your way around drywall, you might be our kind of people. Bonus points if you also know how to keep a jobsite clean and crack a decent joke.

????️ You’re our ideal candidate if:

✔️ You’ve got 5+ years in carpentry (especially finish work — we love the detail people)

✔️ You’ve been a laborer for at least 3 years and don’t flinch at hard work

✔️ You can knock out plumbing and drywall repairs without Googling it every 5 minutes

???? You’re good at things like:

• Installing trim so clean it makes people stop and stare
• Hanging doors that swing smooth and shut tight
• Mounting blinds and bath accessories like a pro
• Running saws, drills, and nail guns safely and efficiently (extra points for all fingers intact)
• Fabricating and installing custom and pre-built cabinetry with precision
• Keeping your space tidy — because messy work is rookie work

✅ What You’ll Need:

• A valid driver’s license and clean DMV record
• Your own basic tools (we’ll hook you up with a truck and some gear too)
• Good vibes and solid communication with customers and coworkers
• Independence, dependability, and a sense of pride in doing things right
• A clean appearance and a “show up on time, every time” mindset
• Integrity, hustle, and a willingness to keep learning

• Monday to Friday — your weekends are sacred
• Pay is DOE — we recognize skill and reward quality work
